Dr. Dosa maintains interest in nursing home regulation, emergency preparedness, and quality improvement. He is the principle author of a government report and paper relating to the quaility of the Resident Assessment Protocols. He is a co-investigator on two funded projects to improve and computerize the Pain and Delirium RAPs. Dr. Dosa is also a co-PI on an AHRQ funded grant to evaluate nursing home emergency preparedness. Finally, he is also the co-author of the geriatric section of Harrison's Principles of Internal Medicine.
