Julie is the Archivist at the Center and also serves as a Project Analyst. She maintains the internal research website for the investigators at the Center, manages data use agreements between the Center and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and serves as an analyst on various research projects. She received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame, a Masters of Public Health from Boston University, and a doctorate in Sociology from Brown University.
