Susan is the Executive Assistant to the Director, Dr. Richard Besdine. Ms. McCauley provides critical administrative support to the Director of the Center for Gerontology and Health Care Research while being responsible for organizing and coordinating the flow of business in a very high volume busy office. Susan also handles and coordinates the scheduling of the Director's time, as he currently has dual roles in Lifespan and other hospitals. She also is responsible for providing support to the Deputy Director, Dr. Susan Allen, and supporting tasks of the Center including grant and event support.
