Information on 12 indicators of the quality of end of life care can be viewed by using the drop down menus below. For variation among states, use the upper drop down menu. The lower drop down menu allows you to examine both the variation among states and within nursing home facilities in that state.


 

This drop down menu allows you to examine state variation in site of death as well as 12 end-of-life indicators. This data is available for 1999 and 2000, and it is presented in the format of a US Map.
